SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
During monitoring and servicing of the projects of the company EuroTransGaz Corporation KFT

SERVICE AS A PART OF THE PROJECT

I

As a part of project monitoring and management we provide our Customer with all the documents relating to the supplied equipment, which obligatory include:

  • Stock delivery note in the name of consignee;

  • Invoice in Russian;

  • Certificate of origin (form SТ-1), issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the state – supplier under provided form,  indicating the invoice number and original seal;

  • Copy of sheet form, certificate of Equipment acceptance, signed by authorized representative of the departmental technical acceptance;

  • Packing List (accounting-departure statement) for each batch of delivered Equipment, which must contain FEACN code, type of equipment, the number and content of the packages and data on their labeling;

  • GOST-R certificate (copy, certified by the organization issuing the certificate);

  • In accordance with TS, the Equipment is supplied with a set of operational documentation.

Additionally, we care about full compliance of the supplied Equipment with all the requirements of TS and GOST of the equipment supplied and GOST TU relating to equipment of this type, or delivery type and we confirm with quality certificates full compliance with the standards established by the state - manufacturer of the equipment supplied.
Furthermore, we guarantee proper quality of the equipment supplied in accordance with the specifications and compliance with the conditions of transportation, storage, installation and exploitation.

III

In the event of Equipment defects detection by the Purchaser within defects liability period we eliminate the defects identified on site as soon as possible by repair or replacement of equipment or its parts with new ones. Additionally, in case of failure to eliminate defects on-site, the Company at its own expense (including transportation and customs costs) will replace the defective equipment.

 
 
AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

I

All service and repair works conducted by the Company EuroTransGaz Corporation KFT during warranty and post-warranty period for the repaired equipment is ensured by supplementary warranty.

II

In case of localization by the Customer within warranty period of the defects relating to working efficiency of the equipment supplied by the Company, the Company EuroTransGaz Corporation KFT will eliminate all the discrepancies. Additionally, we guarantee free elimination of all detected discrepancies within warranty period as well as change of supply in full including transportation, customs and other costs.

III

All warranty liabilities of the Company EuroTransGaz Corporation KFT before the Customer are fulfilled under the terms of the contract of delivery or installation of the equipment supplied.
